What is Montessori?
Dr. Maria Montessori developed a revolutionary method of education based on scientific observations of children. Within the Montessori framework, the child is viewed as a whole person whose natural drive for learning and developing capabilities are stimulated by a carefully 'prepared environment.'
Guided by an understanding of the young child's development and his sensitive periods for learning, Parenting for Tomorrow can successfully help bring Montessori to your home environment. Consulting services are open to all families who choose to integrate Montessori principles whether or not their child is currently enrolled in a Montessori program.
